Built in 1986, Presidential Towers is comprised of four apartment towers which span two full city blocks of the West Loop just across from Ogilvie Transportation Center.

Over 135,000 sf of retail space and 1,100 parking spaces help create their own neighborhood, home to 4,000 residents. Waterton Associates recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation of the property adding a new fi tness club and restaurants to service the residents as well as the expanding West Loop offi ce population.
